need help rooting my samsung prevail I want to start by saying thank you to everybody, I have tried everything and still can't root the phone. Is there something that i am missing? I am using windows XP. Is there a file that i need to install besides the one click root and the drivers PLEASE HELP

Hi everybody, i have read all your threads and tried everything . Still can't root my samsung prevail. I get the message of mount not possible or something similar. I am using windows xp, is there something that im not doing or a file i am missing. Please help. Thank you.
