Happens every time I reboot my phone now. I unlock it and it's the first thing I see.

Li-Ion batteries tend to start to degrade quickly after a couple of years anyway, it's one of their major drawbacks.

Heat's a big battery killer, though. I got turned off of Qi charging on my Lumia 920. The battery stopped charging past 60% within a matter of months.

Yup, if you give the top of your phone a thwack and the camera focuses right away, send it in to be repaired or get a replacement. (Still on my List of Things to Do, but I just don't want to be without this otherwise glorious device for a week...)

Quick charging just supplies the charging mechanism for the battery with more power, it doesn't change the way the battery itself works or how the power is stored in the cells. It also doesn't change the way the power discharges from the battery.

I use a slow charger when charging overnight and save the adaptive fast charging for when I really need it. But as others have said, the battery is replaceable, worst case.

It should get picked up when you put it in the phone and boot it, but check Settings -> General -> Storage and scroll down to the bottom to verify it got mounted. Good luck!

Well now I'm confused, too: "Old Phone Card" only shows three folders. Oh, I see: Old Phone Card is your desktop folder? The copy operation should bring up a status window while you're copying.

My 128GB SanDisk came pre-formatted. I didn't format it before I put it in the phone. You should be good to go.

I have power saving mode on (not ultra) and my touch keys light up.

This is my first Samsung Android phone. (I had a Samsung Focus WP7 a few years ago, and hated it.) I've heard that Touchwiz has improved a lot, and is a nicer experience on the Note 4 than it has been on previous devices. (Then again, sounds like it couldn't get much worse.) Personally, I think...

I wish I knew. I could see it with wired headphones, but I'd love to be able to specify Bluetooth connections that have external volume controls. My Lumia 1020 nagged me about this too, but not *every* *single* *time* like the Note 4 does.

I noticed that, but the admins at the gym said what I sent back worked for them and they were going to print it out (better them than me!) to put in my file. I'm glad to know the "official" way to do it, though - thanks!

Re: I've Had My Galaxy Note 4 Nearly Three Months & I've Never Taken My S-Pen Out - What Am I Missin Sure. And lots of us bought the phone thinking we'd never, ever use the S Pen and are pleasantly surprised to be wrong.
