I've noticed that my phone will show the H at the top of the screen and will be blue bars. But very often it will drop the H and it turns grey network bars at the top. I dont know if its because I have the wrong APN settings or if this is normal but if you guys could help me troubleshoot it...

So I just got the nexus 4 and have been doing some speed tests using att network. I used speed test.net and my data speeds are pathetic at best. I know I wont be getting LTE but hspa+ should be getting more than 1mbps download. I'm achieving only 9 kbps download and 1557kbps upload. Is there...
