Hey guys, if you have a message that is longer than 160 characters, just send it as an mms message. You won't have to split it and i think mms you can send up to 1000 charecters. also, our default messaging app if memory serves had an option to change it to an mms automatically if it was over...

my 2 cents, upped mine to ed04 and have had great success with it, no gps problems, no 3g outtages, etc. ED04 was verizon's fix to ed03 or 1, can't remember, with all the 3g to 1x issues. Take it for what its worth.

Not sure on that one, if that's the stock phone program, i don't even use it. I use "Dialer2" I believe its called. I prefer that one because when i hit the phone button, it immediately takes me to the dialer screen with my most recent calls at the top, just one less step i need to take to...

this just happened to me - first, make sure you have the orientation option turned off, (i found the answer on xda), and you have to have root permision, go into your data/system on the root of your phone and delete ms3c_yamaha.cfg. Reboot. Turn orientation back on. That's what did it for me...

i think its going around. I have the same setup, but i got an error message that "my swype trial has expired" and then get the no swyping problem. there is a fix in this thread, getting ready to try it...

I only seem to be having this problem with go sms. I will get a pic message in go, no picture will show up. Go to the stock sms and its there. So it does get downloaded. But its random, not every time. runnin sc 2.9.1 with updated "supposed to work" eb16 kernel.
