Bought straight from LG. There is no carrier logo on boot. Tried LG Bridge on my mac but it did not work. Will try it next on a friend's windows machine and see if I have better luck there

I have a unlocked version of this phone purchased from USA and using it in India. I gather the carrier versions have been getting A12 since September. Not seen an update in my update center yet. Any idea on the timeline for the update to reach unlocked phones?

Yup I can disable the US app there. But still can't install the India app, play store throws an error when I try to install it.

Looks like the issue is gone on it's own. Maybe Microsoft launcher got updated and that fixed the issue. Happy that the phone is working perfectly now. :)

I cheked for this as you suggested and unfortunately the option is greyed out. So no go on that idea. Hoping there is a point update fixing this bug soon if this issue as widespread as Javier says.
