Last year 21 days went by and I had to call for my credit. This year they received my trade in on Friday and I got the approval email Sunday night. So there is no rhyme or reason. As long as you have proof of delivery there should be no problem. It is annoying though to have to wait.

There is a setting below those two called "sleep time protection".

All of a sudden my phone would stop charging at 80%. It had been going to 100%since day one. If this happens to you, go to battery settings and turn off sleep protection. I don't know how this got turned on as I know I did not do it. Anyway, it solved the issue.

I think 256 is fine for many and 512 should be plenty unless you shoot a lot of videos. I ordered the 1TB as I store a lot of music files plus I wanted the 16GBs of ram. I use an external USB-C drive to store videos.
