Every once in a while my bluetooth will just turn itself off, and it won't let me turn it back on. I'll press to turn it on, and it will say "turning on bluetooth" or w/e then it just goes back to off. I have to then restart my phone to be able to turn bluetooth back on. I have a stock Nexus 4...

My N4 will go into silent mode on its own. The volume rocker won't work, and I can't even turn the volume up manually in the settings. I have to reboot my phone for the volume to come back. It's just media volume and not the call volume.

I cannot get my media volume to turn up. It's stuck on silent. I've tried the volume rocker, and I've tried manually sliding the volume bar with my finger. It won't move. I can't hear videos or music. What's the problem here? Keep in mind, my phone volume works fine, and will turn up and down.
