I have this problem when I'm charging from my work PC or Xbox One. Was perfectly fine before the update from KitKat to Lollipop 5.0. Shutting the phone down is impractical and doesn't work as I just see an orange triangle and it still doesn't charge. The phone still charges ok on the mains...

I think this is good advice. I've just noticed my Hotmail IMAP syncs are taking a few minutes each. This is probably why the Gmail app battery usage is 25% and my battery is draining quickly. Disabled sync just now. Will report back what I find.

I think you're right. My test reminders at current time + 1min weren't showing alerts, but a +20min one did. Stupid error on the part of developers as this is how many people test alerts. -- huddie "If you aren't seeking help or offering it, you probably shouldn't be here."
