I have no apps to enhance volume or anything similar. If it enhances volume I wonder why it completely mutes the phone too. Very odd! Im sure ive pressed something and not realised but Id love to know how to get rid of it haha!

Please help. Each call I make or recieve I have to press the round symbol of a telephone receiver once connected so that I can hear the person on the other end of the line and so they can hear me! They think I'm a silent caller...very annoying. Its like an automatic mute button. How can I get...
