After I have turned the wifi on on the phone my N4 it connects instantly. The N5x is taking 20 seconds. I am about three feet from my router. Anyone else having this issue. Thanks.

Mine came from the Carphone Warehouse here in the UK, mainly because it was just under £40 cheaper than my order from Google, which I cancelled.
