    Nothing wrong with dual standby... Two imei's/dual sims can send and receive. But if you're in a phone call the other sim can't receive now.

    I haven't had any issues using data from one provider. I'm still allowed roaming and none of that counts against my usage. If it's an issue... You can communicate through WhatsApp or something else.

    Does iPhone WhatsApp allow you to create a backup? Is it possible to save it to Google drive and then import the backup to your new phone?

    I use lastpass to auto populate passwords. But there's other apps that are similar... Maybe better?

    Just use the device unlock app. You can unlock for 30 days. If you payoff the device you can permanently unlock it. Once you have that you can enable dual SIM. I receive texts and calls from both SIMs simultaneously. Data only works through one SIM at a time though.

    Just wanted to comment...DSDS works fine with my T-Mobile variant. Currently I'm only temporarily unlocked.
