I would say both. To rank them, The SD card is out of the gate THE deal breaker. I like the fact that removing the battery helps in a hard reset. Lately though I have not had to do that hard of a reset. So it'll have to be the Galaxy Note 4 for the next 2 years OR until Samsung gets it right on...
