I was in *exactly* the same boat as you not a week ago. When i swapped my first epic, my replacement had DG17 and a very unresponsive capacitive panel. I'm not sure if they are tied by anything other than hardware\software refinement over mass production time. I couldn't find anything to update...

Today was the first workday with 4g in Orlando. I was able to get 4g both at work and my office! Maybe it was the new baseband version update that rolled out but i don't see much of a difference in power consumption from 3g to 4. Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk

The update didn't go through because i didn't have sprintzone.apk during the check. I'm rooted and have the default apk, how can i copy it to system/app? It seems to be read only though i managed to delete it... thanks in advance for your help. Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk
