    I have tried every suggestion given here and so far no joy. In my previous post I have mentioned that after having prolonged discussion with numerous tech gurus from Virgin, still no joy. I am really lost. Thanks for all the help.

    Hi guys Thanks for your replies. I can confirm that call waiting is on. Also, I have cleared the cache and data but no joy. I guess I have to ask virgin mobile. Once I have a conclusive response from VM I will post another reply. Thanks again for the help.

    During a phone call on Galaxy s9, i cannot use the Hold call button.

    On my Samsung Galaxy s9, during a phone call whenever I try to press the Call hold button it says Can't switch calls. I am not sure if this is an isolated issue with the handset or service provider issue. My service provider is Virgin mobile 8n UK. Thanks to anyone willing to help. Kind regards.
