Hi, welcome to AC Forums!On my Samsung Galaxy s9, during a phone call whenever I try to press the Call hold button it says Can't switch calls. I am not sure if this is an isolated issue with the handset or service provider issue. My service provider is Virgin mobile 8n UK. Thanks to anyone willing to help.

You haven't responded to our suggestion, so don't know what to say unless you let us know if you tried those steps .Ok guys, sorry for not replying earlier but due to personal health reasons. Now, after a fairly recent update from Samsung, there is a slight progress on this issue. Now, when I try to answer another while already on a call, phone gives me options to either, end the first call or hold the first call. As soon as I select hold, nothing happens. By that I mean, I will still be on the first call. Now, any advise on this new development. I can confirm that after speaking to virgin numerous times for several hours it's not an issue on their end.
