Last week they tell me they were not shipping until the 15th to the 21st, sick of them I file a chargeback with my credit card. Surprise, today I receive the return box from ups and the new note fedex. I hope I am done with these clowns.

I just filed a chargeback. I am using this grenade until I could buy a new note from Best Buy. I will never order from samsung.com I am wondering about the new LG but I like this damn note too much.

I received my order confirmation Friday at 10pm. I just called to see when they will be shipping, the rep said between October 15st and 21st they should ship, they are on backorder. This is crazy.

I called yesterday and they said I need to send it back and then reorder. I asked if I could hold the return label, order a new note 7 and send the recall back after I receive the new phone, she said that would be okay. They said I would receive a return label in 2 to 3 days

I just received tracking for my phone expected Tuesday the 23rd. I ordered on the 3rd around 11am

I just got the same email but my card was not charged. I'm just happy to see movement after 16 days.

I called Samsung and they said the first shipment was sent out and mine was not part of that but tonight they are expecting more and I should have my phone no later than the 26th.
