The only thing i can recommend is AdAway if you're rooted. Otherwise, everything else is useless. And any anti-virus/spyware apps for android are actually the virus.

The wifi fix is to go into Settings->Wifi->3-dot menu, choose wifi-direct->3-dot menu again, rename. Rename the device to whatever. Mine is htc10. I've been getting 5+ hours SOT no problems.

The frame is scratching so easily, because it's not metal. The entire frame is painted plastic. This is easily evidenced by taking the pen out, and simply looking at the frame. There's no metal.
