i rooted everything good but rom manager does not work? and im useing the cwm that came with revolutionary

i am rooted and really was for both and both answers were answered haha thank you! btw i discovered that i could go to recovery from rom manager even if i have twrp. thanks guys

is there another way to get to hboot with out pulling the battery and then vol down power botton... maybe like an app? or some setting? on the htc evo 3d thanks

Everytime i restart or turn off and on, the icons that I moved to my ad go away. Well the app is still where i put it but the icon is a green android box, they look normal in my drawer. Is there something to fix this or is this a bug? I'm useing th. Sense launcher Sent from my PG86100...
