Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Android v. 10. Am able to record a message, and listen to playback on the device. When I phone the cellphone number, the phone lights up and rings 5 times, then shuts down. The phone I'm dialing from rings about 9 times, then a busy signal. Any ideas?

Currently using a Sony Xperia Z Ultra and it's driving me nuts. Super slow. Just texting is a nightmare.

CORRECTION: The single slider is in the DOWN position

There are 4 little slider switches on the right-side of the sim car. The first slider was bend downward, so I straighten and put in the "up" position. The 4 sliders are in the "up" position. The single slider that's above the other 4, is in the "up" postiton. Wonder if this is correct? Anyone...

I wondered about the contacts. They look good and I cleaned them with alcohol + qtip. But you never know. could be something beyond the contacts.

With battery out, looks to be 4.031 V. Nothing happens when charger engaged. No response from the 4.
