I think that's overly optimistic...I read at XDA that Huawei has just started looking for beta testers for EMUI 9.1 on Mate 20 pro. I will take more than a month to release it...June /July seems more realistic - but hope to be wrong. Edit: found the link to beta announcement (or one of..)...

I use a BT headset EVERY DAY on conference calls (maybe 5-6 hrs) and do not see a significant drop compared to wired headphones. I also have a smart watch connected 24/7 and still my main battery drain comes from my voice calls and email. Hope this puts your mind at ease.

This kind of stuff kept me off Nougat and on Marshmallow + Greenify....at least I can control every app individually.

I read contradictory reports that BOTH this issue and the 911 crash have been fixed in software....this one at least seems impossible to address via soft updates...can anyone in the know comment?

Not a solution for the mute setting not sticking, but to avoid the wake up call from some SMS spammer, I use "Professional Reminder" (Google play) to set schedules for notifications. 11pm-8am...SMS is silent.

You can use Accubattery to evaluate the capacity. Mine shows little bit below 90% of nominal 3600mAh. I have the Canadian Exynos version, so I won't talk about SOT :)

Fast wireless charging is a setting option... Did it get turned off by any chance? Also, when placing the phone on the charger, you should see the notification if it's fast charging it not. Lastly,vthe adapter has to provide the voltage and current for fast charging (9v/ 1.7A) - if you have one...
