S7E slowdown 7.0

My lady friend has a relatively new S7E (just a couple of months old), not running many apps and only 2 games. It updated to Nougat 2 weeks ago and she says has been very slow and laggy sikce then. She's actually using her one year old S6E some now because it's running a lot faster (no Nougat update) .
Anyone else that's updated seen a slowdown/laggy problem.

In the beginning it happened to me too. Then I wiped the system cache, after that it seemed to be as smooth as before.

I agree clearing the System Cache can certainly help after a Firmware update.

Last resort being a Factory Reset after creating a Back Up.

Some have said also that setting the screen resolution to WQHD in Settings > Display > Screen Resolution > Can cause lag. I use FHD.

Kind of ironic, isn't it? On one hand, we curse Samsung for being always late with the software updates, but once we get them, 99% of us regret it. Story of a messy ecosystem.
