Same issues after downloading new OTA link from OP. "Cannot read lollipop.zip" which was the fresh link from OP. Don't know what is going on.

Sighhh..... Another issue, I feel like an *****. I've downloaded the .zip file from the link (twice now), renamed it to lollipop.zip, and moved it to my adb program folder per instructions. Every time I try to execute "adb sideload lollipop.zip" I get a "cannot read lollipop.zip" error message...

No issues with my S3 (Verizon) and my Jambox, as another data point. Have you looked at the Jawbone Jambox forums also? I've had some other Jawbone products with issues and the help there has been very good. Sorry to hear you're having issues.
