I believe I opened it, then closed it, and when I opened it again it was updated. I had no idea that it was going to occur and read that an updated version was coming soon. I haven't really been following the scene as much, I kinda lost interest... It works, no problems, no need to modify so.....

The new market app automatically updated on my Evo today after a quick visit. I didn't even ask it to or need to install anything.

The speed increase is real, but transitions have an unnaturalness to them. Guess I'll have to get use to it. The increase works nice for Nova btw, its much smoother.

Everything fine here... Just fix the reversed pictures the front facing camera takes.

My network is hidden as well and it connects, although I registered the MAC address into the router beforehand. Hopefully Zero Cool doesn't live within my routers broadcasting radius...

If the Evo is capped you'd never really notice for the most part, it's still a very fast phone. I have really no issues with mine (stock), so its not a problem. I do think that Sense may be a little piggish at times (I've used it on the WinMo side) and why others are finding better luck with...

Check under settings/connect to PC Make sure ask me is checked. Also you can change connection type in notification area on top once plugged in.

The manage applications area is very detailed with several tabs and the ability to force stop programs. So you can stop rogue programs.... Yeah battery life. Youtube videos load much faster and the overall phone is quicker.
