    I watched on a video, that u need your ID to put it on the Huawei Official Page to unlock ur smartphone from the Fastboot mode

    and the fastboot, it's because my smartphone got low battery and I found the to turn it on with the reboot mode

    As I said, my smartphone start's button doesn't works, is locked with the Fastboot mode and I tried to connect it to my Laptop, but it doesn't recognize the files on the device, help
