Ya i been dealing with people within the states and no luck :/

Any advice on what to say other than explaining the problem I am having with the phone. When i asked the rep to speak to a supervisor, she said they wouldn't be able to do anything for me. Maybe it was because the rep was from texas possibly? Thanks

How do you ask for a escalated ticket or word it to the rep? I called myself and they weren't able to help and offered me to send in my device. I said I couldn't do that and they said we only offer repairs by sending in the device.

So i just got my new Verizon GS6 and was noticing that when making a phone call, my 4G is not on. 4G comes back on after a call. Why is this? Solutions? I am not used to this since my past android devices never did this. Thanks guys.
