This would happen with me and my S4. I also wouldn't receive voicemails until 30 minutes later, and it still happens with the Note 3 I just got 2 weeks ago. My family will say that they called me and then they got my voicemail, but I won't get the notification for either one.

I still haven't gotten a notification to update it/hasn't popped up for when I manually try to do it, I'm on AT&T and I know it's been almost a week now but shouldn't I have gotten it by now or should I continue to wait a little longer? I'm starting to think there's something wrong with my phone.
