whenever someone with verizon sends me a pic message it shows up as an error. i know other people on att who have the same issue with verizon ursers. any ideas as to why? all other carriers come through fine and verizon receives pic messages fine.

i been having this issue too after updating to kitkat. i keep the screen around 50-60% brightness and i notice if its on for 30 secs it dims and i have to either turn screen off or hit the brightness control bar.

when you say you extracted them to your sd card you took the zip file and had it actually unzip to the sd card or unzipped on your computer and transfer the files to the card? I think that's where I'm confused on how to unzip to root
