Thanks again for the replies and suggestions. I'll maybe try K9 and see how that works and alternately setup a folder to keep the e-mails I want on the tablet. Just find it surprising there is not a way to do it within the Samsung/Android default app.

Thanks for the replies. I have my laptop, iPad and Samsung tablets all set to leave the messages on the server and all works fine. The only one that takes the messages off the server is my desktop so that all of my e-mails will end up on my desktop. I have my desktop set to manual so it does...
