I've used ES-explorer for years without any issues on several phones. Have links to several computers and cloud storages. All over wifi.

I'll agree on auto brightness, I feel for me its too dim, I set mine at 45% and leave it and it's fine, I'm not a 'heavy user' but use my phone all day on and off and have no battery concerns.

It's odd, when it turns on (ie phone laying screen down proximity sensor turns it off) and you flip it when the second screen awakes it's brighter for like 3 secs, same as if you turn the screen off with power button.

Hopefully the tabs line up better than they do on the G4, check that forum on guides / tricks to get a good connection, Remember to install this you need to remove the NFC tag to be replaced by the new one.. so you hope it works or no NFC. The old sticker probably won't go back on.

You can have the music controls on the second screen... if selected in settings and the native app works at least the play controls.

IF you used the 2nd screen 'shortcuts' to add your weather app it's only a shortcut, not a widget and wouldn't be interactive

The sound quality is very good, and you can make it better (at least at vz) by enabling Advanced Calling. It's free. It works on many of the top line phones and if the person you are calling has it enabled also you get HD audio, you will also be able to perform video calls as well.

Re: the 2nd screen is amazing At first I didn't think I'd get much use from the 2nd screen, after all all those options are available 'somewhere else on the phone' yet I must say after using for a month I really feel it works, when on a call if you switch to another screen the call functions...
