    S-pen is cheaply made

    I have replaced 4 S-pens because the tops bend and eventually break off with what I consider routine usage. I've even gone as far as to rebuild and reinforce a broken S-pen with a metal Bobby pen and gorilla glue.

    S Note Won't Update

    Same here. Samsung tech support asked to have access to my phone try and fix it. I didn't want it fixed that badly.
