B. Ditty I am actually seeing the icon on a new page on my phone... I am not reciving any notifications fron google. I am located in Canada and am on public mobile.

mustang7757 I have installed the toast app. It did not detect anything when Google news re-enabled it self. It has been detecting screen shots and other things though.

mustang7757 less than a day. Sometimes less than an hour sometimes it will stay gone all day and come back in the middle of the night.

B Diddy I have disabled the google news app many, many times. With in a 24 hour period. (Sometimes only 30 minutes sometimes 20 or so hours) the app re-activates all by it self. It turns all notifications and background usages back on. There is nothing I can do do have this app stay disabled.
