Why is google news re-enabling every night by it self?

Google news app keeps re-enabling all by it self. I have an LG G8x thinq.
I have force stopped, cleared cashe & date, turned off all permissions, turned off background data, turned off notifications every morning for the last three weeks. Im tired of this app coming back. Why does this keep happening?

How long does it take to come back on ?

@B Diddy I have disabled the google news app many, many times. With in a 24 hour period. (Sometimes only 30 minutes sometimes 20 or so hours) the app re-activates all by it self. It turns all notifications and background usages back on. There is nothing I can do do have this app stay disabled.

Just to be sure -- you're going to Settings>Apps and seeing that the Google News app is re-enabled there? Or are you getting notifications about news items in your status bar, and assuming they're from the Google News app? I ask this because the main Google app can also give you notifications about news items.

Also, which carrier are you on? If you're on T-Mobile, do you have their AppSelector app installed?

I have installed the toast app. It did not detect anything when Google news re-enabled it self.
It has been detecting screen shots and other things though.

I am actually seeing the icon on a new page on my phone...
I am not reciving any notifications fron google.
I am located in Canada and am on public mobile.
