One, I would suggest deleting apps you dont use that often, or can live withou. Two, I would start deletng your cache. From what I understand most, if not all of your cache, is store d on the phone and won't switch to the sd card. Three, try a custom rom that doesn't have all the bloatware on...

It sounds like a battery issue. I would suggest buying a new battery off of amazon or ebay. Just make sure you read the reviews first and make sure it is up to oem specs. If you have a friend with an s3. I would suggest first testing out their battery and confirm that before buying another...

I have never used amon ra recovery, but try to go into it and reinstall the rom after you wipe the cache, factory reset, and format /system . Sounds to me like you did a dirty flash. If none of that works, put it into download mode. (Usually volume down, home button and power simultaneously)...
