Me and my wife both had this issue, we simply restarted our phones. We shut them off, wait a few minutes and turned it back on. It worked for us!!! Also, if that doesn't work, call Google, they are waaay more helpful than net10, and they can run a trouble shoot for you that may fix the issue...

I had to go with net10 because I did a home "chop" job on my straight talk Sim when I got my nexus 4. Do not go to T-Mobile or at&t store for a Sim card, I tried it didn't work. Net 10 is the same company as ST, just 5 bucks more :/, but it solved my issues and it has work great since.
