What's the process for it?

This post got into my attention and checked my S10+ ceramic and my wife’s s10+ as well and looks like you can insert a paper on both of them on the right side where the power button is located, not only next tomthe button but on all of that side.

I preordered 2 (me & wife) with trade-in on February 22, so I was charged $478(2x) on my BoA Checking acct. and it’s still on a “preorder” status. But when I checked my BoA account today, the charged is gone! I wonder why they removed it?

Same situation here, i still have an EIP balance of 390, but the trade-in value is 550, so I'd rather pay my balance then trade it in. Yes, you have to pay your remaining balance.

Hi, I pre ordered 2 yesterday at samsung.com, and also 2 trade ins. But then i got an email today saying my other order is temporarily on hold because only 1 per household is qualified for trade ins.
