Samsung does replace factory Screen Protectors for free!

How or where are you guys reaching out to then with success? Mine got horrendously scratched this weekend and distraught about it.

I just messaged them on Samsung Members app and they said they cant process it through chat but if I call 1855-726-8721 9-9 they can handle it

Its through the Samsung Members app that you gotta order them through. I did the phone call and they were straight up rude saying they wont replace it. Chat was the way I got mine in 2 days

Just like everywhere else. Customer service is so unorganized lol. But I got mines through chat and so did many people I helped on Reddit.
