Could you share that post bassplayguy? I agree with people, they do not have our billing information and the terms and conditions state they might change the gift for something of same or greater value. Wonder if I can send back the VR and keep the Gear 360? I might give them a call this afternoon

That sucks... I do not notice any big problems, but it does drive me crazy to have the WiFi Calling icon in the notification bar place itself after a reboot.

The feature works fine, I had to turn off the mobile network for it to kick in as it tries to stay on LTE as default. I noticed that on the notification panel has a new icon to enable and disable WiFi calling, what I hate is that it resets to the default position after a reboot. Other than that...

Did you send it for repair or did you made an RMA with your carrier?

Had the same issue, I had to reboot the phone around 5 or 6 times to get it to work. Each restart Android would optimize some applications (between 10 or 20) after the 5th restart, it stopped showing the optimizing and Google Play Services showed the update as being available... It was weird.

Finally it's available, downloading OTA (950.45MB) Changelog...

I guess they just did the pledge to be on the front page and decided it made no sense to really do it and hope everybody forgot they pledged in the first place :(

Seems like a common theme lately. Try going to a support center, they will place an order to ship it to you. If you ask they can even overnight it with no problem. I had the same problem like 2 or 3 weeks ago, I still don't understand what happened.

If it helps, I did receive a new unit from AT&T not a refurbish. Yet, I totally understand the frustration and specially lack of communications from LG. I highly believe this to be a mix of software and hardware issues. My father has a LG G4 bought 2 days after mine and his is working great.

Seems some of us had this problem last week. Just contact your carrier. They sent me a new one the next day.

I've never owned a Nexus phone. I really want to try the "true" Android experience. And the new Nexus got the size right as well as included features. Also having a good camera makes the first Nexus I really crave.

If factory reset doesn't fix it, I'm sure AT&T will replace it.

Wow I see a lot of people with this problem. I'm affected as well, AT&T sending me a new unit which should arrive in 1 or 2 days. Surviving with my Galaxy S4 meanwhile.

Re: Visual Voicemail on H815 On my H810, the AT&T visual voicemail app shows as not compatible, yet the phone comes preinstalled with a "visual voicemail" application that works great.
