OK, so my Sprint Note 2 died 2 days ago. Took to Sprint, they could not breath life back in to it, they could only offer a replacement phone for $75. That would be fine but all of our phones are out of contract, 4 in the family, and we are moving to Verizon. The 4G is just not good for Sprint...

I agree. The phone is worth the $299 to me, if I was never able to price match I would be happy with that. I did price match to $199. I've got 6 days to watch if Amazon reduces upgraded lines more.
