I fixed the issue. Just had to enter in an ADB command (adb reboot bootloader) Oh and btw, I did root with weaksauce and turned s-off with firewater, so no harm there. Thanks for the reply!

I followed a guide saying I had to fastboot reboot before wiping data and flashing. Also I'm kinda a noob when it comes to flashing ROMs.
