Yes, there are many alternatives to the stock app. Go to the Play store, install Textra and set it as your default messaging app. Not sure what the issue is on YouTube, maybe someone else will happen along that can help.

Cleared cache after updating, didn't help. I did a factory reset this morning and it seems to be working well so far, no more lag. Will provide updates in the next day or so.

When using BT headset or handsfree, when making/taking phone call, phone locks when call terminates. This was not the case prior to ICS. I've searched for a setting but can find none. Any advice?
