Although it says '1 schedule enabled', there isn't. It's still the same as the second photo - completely blank with the plus sign and 'no schedules' in the centre

I have been stationary since the previous post and using the phone. I just sat it down then picked it up a minute later and it has turned back on.

This one was caused by being in a car for less than 20 minutes. Only noticed once stopped. It also does it when stationary too.

Most of the time my Bluetooth is off. I only occasionally use it to play music from my phone to my Google/Nest audio speaker. Can't say I've noticed that causing it. As I said, there's no assistant dnd settings turned on for any of these devices. I'll have to keep an eye on them.

Dnd turns on randomly at various times throughout the day. I have no schedules set, and none set in Google assistant. When I check dnd settings it says there IS a schedule set. Tapping on that shows there is no schedule (the screen is blank). How can I delete a blank schedule? I have tried...
