AC Question

I have Android operating system 6.0.1 and I can't connect my phone to my pc and selecting developer options and MTP is not providing me with a solution.
I'm using Windows 10 Home version 1607

I already did that too. So I re-downloaded them and reinstalled them and I still have the same problem.
My PC still can't "Se" my phone.
Oh and I originally asked the question in the first place.

Nope, sorry no S4. It fell down the toilet. I have now tried the 2 front ones and the 3 back ones to no avail. It has me completely stumped. I can't think of any other solutions to be hones, unless I roll back either Windows OS or if possible the Galaxy OS.

Ive read about win 10 causing this problem although not experienced it myself. Problem is we dont know if its a pc issue or phone issue. Do you have access to another pc? In the meantime can you uninstall the drivers, reboot and then install Smartswitch and see if that detects your phone?

That's normally the problem - Windows 10 doesn't play well with cellphones (which is why I still have a computer running 8 and a laptop running 7).
