Every Google app I was force-fed will not move to SD, so avoiding their updates is all I can do to keep their sizes down. That way, I have about eighty apps loaded, with an eye kept on their sizes.

Settings> Applications> Manage Applications> Maps> Uninstall (gigantic) updates ...it’s an Optimus panacea, on mine at least.

I had a dusty too and took it to the local Sprint. They did clean it up, only to make room for more dust. Lucky for me, the phone died of something else, so I got a refurb which has worked wonderfully for over a year.

I think you right. I ordered a ten-foot cable for desktop use. It appeared to become intermittent, so I found another. Then it got silly too. So I went back to the first one, it was fine, then it wasn?t, and so on and so on. Could only conclude that it was the jack that was acting flaky.

I don’t have that phone but I think it doesn’t matter -- in the list of text messages, longpress the message you don’t want, when the menu appears, tap Delete.

You got more faith in Sprint?s abilities than me! But I admit, I?d love have my pessimism quashed.
