    I cannot rule out error on my part but feel pretty confident in my settings. Definitely could be something i'm missing! I will contact my carrier. Thanks!!!! HOPE EVERYONE HAS A MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

    Thank you. I actually had to do the factory reset. The first issue was my phone updated and sometime after that, I let my phone die overnight and the next morning I tried to log in and it would not take my pin password. That led to the factory reset. After that is when the not being able to...

    I can answer, but i have to have my settings on "answer and end calls using the HOME button." Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
