So I've been moving my photos to my laptop and deleting them. I also found a load of what's app media when I connected the phone to the laptop -but I couldn't find this through the phone itself. I've cleaned out loads of pics and now its telling me photos are taking up more than before- please...

How does it work though that approx 12gb is images, video and app, but where is all the gb?? I know the system will use some of that but not half surely?

Thankyou. I will transfer my media to laptop which will free some space. I will try the method for clearing the history too. Thankyou, I was thinking I would have to go to the store.

How is the internet using so much? And how do I clear it? It looks no different to before I cleared the cache?

I used the power button, volume and home key and cleared the cache, but I'm obviously doing something wrong, coz this is what it looks like now.

I've used the settings to optimise, and thought I had cleared the cache, but obviously not. I'll try and work out how to do that then. I believe these phones don't have an option for sd card, I'm gonna feel really silly if they have and I've missed it for the last year! What is the thumbnail...

I think I've done it. I also included a screenshot from the app that was suggested to show size of files. Hopefully this information will help you guys to help me. Thankyou.

Ok, so I think I need to upload it to my laptop and send it from there as i get options to look through files in my computer. I will try to do this. Thankyou for the help.

How do I attach a screen shot? It still says that 23gb is system useage. That seems really high.
