Update: Upgraded the LG V10 to MM and it works flawlessly with the car's Bluetooth. So, this would indicate that it's something with the G4 and the Q50. BTW--love the V10 so far.

Anyone have resolution to this? I decided to get the LG V10, but haven't upgraded to MM yet.
