AC Question

I have an LG G4 on T-Mobile and just got a 2015 Infiniti Q50. This phone pairs perfectly and all features work--except the phone call sound is terrible! It's crackly, has tons of static and my wife says it sounds like I'm under water and she can't understand a word. I can hear the static from my end too.

The phone pairs with other vehicles and tried it on my wife's minivan and worked like a charm. Called LG and they want me to send it into them for a free "repair." I even tried the new Marshmallow but same result. Tried a full restore to scratch.

Anyone have this issue or can offer some guidance/advice?

Update: Upgraded the LG V10 to MM and it works flawlessly with the car's Bluetooth. So, this would indicate that it's something with the G4 and the Q50. BTW--love the V10 so far.

Same problem with LG G4. I've had multiple bluetooth headsets ordered from Amazon. I thought that that was the problem so I orderd a LG Pro Tone from T-Mobile. Same problem. Turns out I only seem to have the problem when I run other apps. For instance, Boom Beach, Snapchat, and Facebook. If I disconnect the bluetooth and close all the programs I can have a regular convo but that sucks. I will not buy anymore LG phones. Probably leave T-Mobile if I find out it's having the problem with other phones.

I have the same static problem everyone has complained about except in the Lexus RX 350 2016. I can't believe this is an issue in 2016. The 2 most used machines in the world (cars and smartphones) cant talk to each other. After much testing with various phones and cars it definitely seems to be an LG issue. Really pissed at this phone. As a matter of fact this is the second major issue I have had with this phone.

So, still no solution? Definitely a problem with LG G4 and Infiniti. I have no problem with the same phone connecting with Audi and Acura. G4 has connection problem with my 2 Infinitis ('16 Q50 and '17 QX60). iPhone and Samsung connects fine in these two cars. If anyone knows a solution, please post! I can't deal with this static connection.
