I hated this missing + and - too... haven't found how to bring them back. However, I did discover that a double tap with 1 finger, hold, and move your finger up and down the screen will zoom in or out. This is workable for me. I hate the two finger zoom. Impossible to do with 1 hand...

I've googled and searched here and I'm striking out On the S3 Touch "apps" (to go to list of all installed apps & widgets) in the Apps list, push the menu button chose Create Folder I can give it a name, etc just like folders I put on the home screen etc. thing is I can't put anything in it...

FYI, got the phone back the 2nd time from Samsung repair in Germany. Looks like they replaced motherboard or chips or something. I no longer have a SDS chip in my phone. Works fine for about a week now.

Firmware looks like ... well not sure what firmware is, but its baseband version I9300XXELL4. Android 4.1.2. No updates available either OTA or on Kies.

I don't think this is correct. I am in Germany, unbranded/unlocked phone that I purchased in Germany and no updates released. Hoping it will come soon though, because I am still dealing with this mess.

Sorry, just connected the phone to Kies. Nothing. Says latest firmware is installed. Same with the OTA when I check. I am in Germany. Don't know if that matters.
