I had CM10 for a while, but I grew tired of the sluggishness so I decided to go back to CM9. I have tried to flash a few ROM's with both TWRP and CWM, but they all fail so now I'm stuck with stock ICS. I've bever really had this problem before. Suggestions?

I never use 4G when I'm on my battery.

I only use 4G when I'm at home to tether, other than the 4G is turned off.

This is what I got out if it today with regular usage. It's a bit sluggish at times especially with GoogleNow, but I expected that. It's very stable and I'm happy with it. I did get more usage out it with CM9 though.

Sometimes my phone will act like I'm touching at multiple points when I'm only touching it on one. This happens especially when I connect it to USB. Like in this screen shot, my finger is only on the lock/unlock circle, not anywhere else. Has anybody else had this problem? If so, have you found...

All my data was there, but some of my apps the required root access did not work.

I recently got the ICS update and it seem that my phone had been unrooted. To root my phone again is it the same process as it was for Gingerbread?
