I have seem to have this same problem but on my Nexus 4. I used the official google wireless charger (the one you get from the playstore) and after flashing the 5.0 OTA onto the phone it now seems to take ~8 hours to change the phone from about 20% it used to take only 3ish. Really annoying...

hrmm that's weird happens for me 100% of the time no matter what using stock kernel radio and rom all it is is rooted BTW I should also mention that I did a complete wipe of my phone before installing the rom so its not left overs
